OUR CLASSES

A typical CrossFit HF class involves specific workout that incorporates elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and functional movement patterns.

HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Warm-Up

The class begins with a warm-up designed to get the heart rate up and prepare the body for the workout.

Skill Practice

The coach will guide members through skill practice, where they can work on specific movements and techniques.

Workout of the Day (WOD)

The main component of the class is the Workout of the Day (WOD), which is a fun workout that includes a combination of exercises and movements written by our head coach, Shane Richards.

Cool Down

After the WOD, the class ends with a cool-down, which includes stretching and mobility exercises to help the body recover.

Scaling

CrossFit workouts are designed to be scalable, meaning that they can be adapted to suit individuals of all fitness levels. The coach will help members to scale the workout to their own level of fitness. We will provide a level 1 beginner movement patter in every class.
